Australia launched double counter case investigation on precision steel pipe related to China
On March 31, 2020, the Australian anti-dumping Commission issued announcement No. 2020/030, saying that in response to the application submitted by the Australian enterprise OrrconManufacturingPtyLtd, it launched an anti-dumping and countervailing investigation on Precision Pipeand Tube Steel imported from China, South Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam. The Australian customs codes of the products involved are 7306.30.00.30, 7306.50.00.45 and 7306.61.00.21. The dumping investigation period of this case is from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019, and the injury investigation period starts from January 1, 2016.
Relevant materials shall be submitted by stakeholders before May 7, 2020.
