Vietnam Makes the First Safeguard Measure for Imported Alloy and Non Alloy Steel Products Sunset Review Final
On March 20, 2020, the WTO Safeguard Measures Committee issued the safeguard measures notification submitted by the Vietnamese delegation to it on March 19. Vietnam's Ministry of industry and trade made the first affirmative final judgment on sunset review of safeguard measures for imported alloy and non alloy steel products, and ruled that the import of products involved in the case constituted substantial damage or threat of damage to Vietnam's domestic industry.
